- Traditional and modern variations of Copperplate script are all the rage, used by cutting-edge graphic artists and calligraphers. We’ll start with the small letters (aka lower case), writing with something as simple as a pencil to learn the basic shapes and strokes, and then, progressing to the dip pen.
